Semana
Santa.

focus
shifts

degrees
from
the
piousness
of
lent
to
the
merriment
of
music,
tapas,
wine,
and
dancing.
The
annual
spring
festival
dates
back
to
1847
and
was
originally
established
as
a
livestock
fair
for
cattle
ranchers
to
bring
their
livestock
to market.
