$250 per hour on location photo shoot Two Hour Minimum Additional hours billed at $150 per hour Fees include the following services: • Pre-wedding consultation to review wedding details and expectations. • Client selects from a menu of images to build a portfolio that meets their budget to include: traditional pre-ceremony photography of bridal party getting ready and dressing, documentation of reception venue, i.e., place settings, flowers, cake, guest book, etc.; photography of special moments during the ceremony, i.e., bridesmaids, groomsmen, bride groom, parents, exchange of vows, recessional etc.; formal wedding portraits of bridal party and parents; romantic portraits of bride and groom; roving coverage of cocktail hour; reception/dinner coverage, i.e., cake cutting, garter, bouquet toss, first dance, candid shots of guests etc. as the various situations and settings permit. The following prices include the $250 per hour, two- hour minimum fee. 2 Hours of coverage: $ 500.00 3 Hours of coverage: $ 650.00 4 Hours of coverage: $ 800.00 5 Hours of coverage: $ 950.00 6 Hours of coverage: $1100.00 • Photographs will be EDITED to include digital post processing and enhancement e.g., touch-ups, cropping, optimization of luminosity & tonal contrast, red eye removal etc., to provide the highest quality images possible. • Portraits, i.e., bride & groom, wedding party, family members to be EDITED and RETOUCHED to include, eye and skin enhancement, air brushing of blemishes, soft focus, vignette optimizing appearance in addition to cropping and post processing, e.g., cropping, optimization of luminosity & tonal contrast, red eye removal etc., to enhance subjects’ appearance providing the highest quality portraits possible. • Down-loadable high-resolution images are delivered via secure server within 3 weeks. Images are sized at 3600 x 2400 pixels at 300 dpi to optimize printing options, i.e., 4x6”, 5x7”, 8x10”, 11x14”, or 16x20. • CD available upon request for additional $2.50. Two dozen images will be delivered within 48 hours for social media sharing.
